In the 1970s, the female owner of a T-shirt processing factory noticed that her employees would often take leftover fabric home to make their own sanitary napkins. As a woman, she deeply empathized with the inconvenience this situation caused and decided to provide better-quality and safer sanitary napkin products for women. Driven by this vision, she founded Indonesia's first sanitary napkin manufacturing company, Softex Indonesia Ltd., pioneering the sanitary napkin industry.
